In a recent article by The Week, Singapore-based StorHub Group announced the appointment of Raju Ruparelia as their new CEO. Ruparelia, a seasoned business growth and transformation expert, takes the reins from Mike Hagbeck, the Group's co-founder and CEO. Hagbeck now moves to a Non-Executive Chairman role, utilizing his extensive experience to guide long-term strategy and market expansion.
Before joining StorHub, Ruparelia was Senior Managing Director and Head of APAC Private Capital at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board (OTPP). There, he led direct private equity investing activities across the Asia Pacific, with some notable investments in DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield, and Princeton Digital Group.
Operating in 17 cities across seven countries, with a strong foothold in the self-storage industry, StorHub is geographically vast and influential. The company showcases a fully integrated platform with sourcing, conversion/acquisition, and operational capabilities.
