U-Haul Extends Helping Hand: Free Self-Storage and U-Box Offered to Tornado Victims
U-Haul rises to the occasion, providing valuable aid through free storage services and U-Box containers to Middle Tennessee tornado victims.
U-Haul, internationally recognized for its expansive storage and moving services, has recently announced that it will offer 30 days of complimentary storage and U-Box container usage to victims of the recent devastating tornadoes and thunderstorms in Middle Tennessee. The announcement came directly from U-Haul Company of North Nashville president Adam Muszynski, according to an article written by Diana Leyva and published by The Tennessean.
Muszynski disclosed in the press release that U-Haul’s Hendersonville store had been hit by the adverse weather, emphasizing that the company understood the struggles Tennesseans face. As locals start the clean-up process, U-Haul is committed to providing relief by offering a month’s worth of free storage services for the affected residents' belongings. Muszynski encouraged anyone to reach out and utilize the company's impressive disaster relief program.
U-Haul has made six of its stores across Middle Tennessee and an additional one in southern Kentucky available to provide 30 days of free storage services. The company's unique U-Box containers can be delivered and picked up at victims' homes to be packed and stored in secure warehouses until the owners feel it's time to reclaim their possessions.
Unfortunately, the company’s Hendersonville location is not participating in the program due to the havoc wreaked by the storms. Additional contact and assistance can be sought via the vast network of U-Haul Moving and Storage locations.
