These include three levels of climate-controlled units offering comfort, drive-through temperature-controlled access to self-storage units, two retail spaces at the bottom level, and its corporate office space shared with its affiliate, Rapid Construction Solutions.
Furthermore, Storage Units Capital’s growth doesn't stop here as the firm continues its expansion in the southeast with properties under construction in Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, Sebring, and Cocoa. Upon completion, the portfolio will comprise 15 properties offering approximately 15,000 units.
