Pennsylvania-based Storage Asset Management (SAM) achieves a noteworthy accomplishment, securing a place in the list of “Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania” for the fourth time. Reputed publications, "Central Penn Business Journal" and "Lehigh Valley Business" bestowed this recognition at a gala awards ceremony on December 7th, 2023.

With its firm commitment to positively influencing employees and the communities it serves, SAM stands affirmed in its business approach centered on substantial relationships. Patty Shields, the company’s Chief People Officer, elaborates on SAM’s commitment to benefiting its team members and communities.

The storage management company, with more than 530 facilities nationwide and an employee roster 865, celebrates its third consecutive recognition at an awards ceremony held on December 8, 2023. SAM’s classification as the best place of employment fell under the ‘large’ category with 250 or more employees. To be considered for this distinction, businesses should have a minimum of a year's operational experience in Pennsylvania.

The comprehensive review process was chaired by the Best Companies Group, which extensively evaluated the companies' policies, practices, and demographics. These factors accounted for a quarter of the total score, with an employee engagement survey constituting the remaining score.

CEO Alyssa Quill gratefully accepted the accolade, expressing delight and gratitude for reaffirming SAM's relationship-centric approach and attributing their focus on relationships to sustained success.
