Franklin Celebrates the Development of Go Store's Ninth Property in Tennessee

Go Store It, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, commenced the building work on its newest project. This mammoth, 109,000-square-foot, Class A self-storage facility is taking shape in the Nashville suburb of Franklin. More details can be found in the full article on List Self Storage.

As mentioned in the source, the project is on track for completion by next fall. This storage facility will be Go Store's ninth venture in Tennessee and an addition to its growing portfolio. Made possible with the partnership of general contractor BenCo Construction and architect Smith Gee Studio.

The project, once completed, is set to offer more than 1,000 climate-controlled units within a four-story structure spreading over 9.4 acres. Go Store Its facilities typically include 24-hour video surveillance, moving supplies, utility carts, security fencing and lighting, and convenient online bill pay options.

This development, situated at 2406 Goose Creek Bypass, provides easy access to Interstate 65 and facilitates the residents owing to its geographical advantage. Twenty-three miles from downtown Nashville, it will serve as the only storage facility in a 3-mile radius, providing approximately 8.5 rentable square feet per capita.

Notably, Go Store's forthcoming property is next door to Berry Farms Town Center, a master-planned mixed-use community.

As per Yardi Matrix Data, four self-storage projects are underway as of early December, promising to bring about 212,037 rentable square feet to Nashville's existing storage inventory.

Madison Capital Group continues to stretch its influence with a similar project in Paramount, California. Earlier this year, the company secured $13.7 million in construction financing for developing an 845-unit project intended to function under the Go Store It brand.
