The Return of Elf Storage: A Milwaukee Extra Space Storage Tradition Resumes.
Nestled beside the Marquette Interchange at 999 W. Mt. Vernon Ave, in the heart of Milwaukee's Menomonee Valley, resides an Extra Space Storage facility home to an endearing holiday tradition. To spread some holiday cheer, the company would ingeniously edit their SELF STORAGE signage to advertise as an ELF STORAGE during the festive season. Last year, however, saw the painful omission of the delightful tradition, much to the local's disappointment. Corey Zetts, Executive Director of Menomonee Valley Partners, voiced his discontent, stating that he, his daughter, and likely many others have eagerly anticipated the elf-centric wordplay.
Despite numerous attempts, no representative from Extra Space Storage could explain the missing holiday spirit. This lack of response led many locals to fear that the storage for (or of) the elves was gone and never to return. But as they say, Christmas is the time of miracles! ELF STORAGE is back to the joy of Milwaukee residents and elf enthusiasts!
The tradition, which seemed to have ended, took a U-turn and brought back the joy of the good folks of Milwaukee. Read the full details here.
