California-based real estate investment and management firm Buchanan Street Partners LP has bolstered its executive ranks by joining Jon Suddarth as Vice President of its self-storage acquisition and development team. With his appointment, Suddarth is set to oversee business opportunities in various locations, such as the California Bay Area, Colorado, and the Pacific Northwest.

Suddarth's appointment is backed by his commendable career in the self-storage industry, spanning over a decade. He has been instrumental in acquiring and developing over 1.6 million square feet of storage space. His prior positions include being a principal at Colorado-based VanWest Partners and the Vice President of Real Estate for the William Warren Group. This renowned entity operates the StorQuest Self Storage brand.

In addition to his professional exposure, Suddarth's involvement in the industry extends to his role on the board of Directors at the Colorado Self Storage Association. His educational background encompasses a business degree from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver.
