Notable instances include the 713 Co. and Vytautas Paulius's ambitious project to replace an existing office building in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Likewise, Arizona-based 1784 Capital Holdings LLC has proposed a visually striking self-storage facility that echoes the design of Mumney Marsh Academy in Revere, Massachusetts.
Across the border, in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, 1074649 BC Ltd’s multi-facility storage concept recently received the second of four approvals. The company, led by self-storage facility owner Tony Russo, aims to cater to business customers in the prolific Brentwood neighborhood.
